Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of NutriCalcPro, including the public site, user accounts, nutrition and costing tools, ingredient directory, comparison tools, allergen workflows, exports, and any paid subscription features.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use NutriCalcPro only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and you use the platform for lawful business, educational, or personal purposes.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

NutriCalcPro provides software tools for recipe nutrition analysis, recipe costing, pricing support, ingredient lookup, nutrition labeling, allergen review, and related workflow management.

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features from time to time in order to maintain product quality, security, compliance, or commercial viability.

Some features require registration or a paid plan. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges as described at the time of purchase.

Paid access may renew automatically unless cancelled according to your billing settings. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate commercial agreement.

You are responsible for the recipes, ingredient data, notes, exports, labels, pricing assumptions, and operational decisions you make using the platform.

You must review all nutrition outputs, allergen information, serving values, and label content before relying on them in production, packaging, menus, sales materials, or regulatory submissions.

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with service stability, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted areas, reverse engineer protected systems except where legally permitted, or use the service to violate law, regulation, contractual duties, or third-party rights.

You may not upload harmful code, abuse free access, automate usage beyond permitted limits, or use the platform in a way that degrades service for other customers.

You retain rights to the original recipe and business content you submit to the platform, subject to the permissions needed for us to host, process, store, and display that content so the service can function.

NutriCalcPro, including the software, interface design, branding, workflow logic, and site content, remains our property or the property of our licensors unless stated otherwise.

Nutrition, allergen, cost, serving, and compliance outputs are provided as operational tools and reference estimates. Actual results can vary based on supplier data, preparation method, yield, regional standards, and natural ingredient variation.

The platform does not replace legal, regulatory, laboratory, labeling, dietetic, or food safety review where that review is required for your use case.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account has breached these terms, created security risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the platform in a way that harms the service or other users.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Some obligations, including payment duties already incurred and provisions related to liability, ownership, and dispute handling, survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an as available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed regulatory suitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriCalcPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

We may revise these Terms of Use as the product, laws, or commercial structure evolve. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
